DELIVERY
We offer two methods of delivery via Evri and Yodel - either a Standard or Express service.
Standard delivery is 3 - 4 days and is charged at £3.99 for up to 1 kg.
Express delivery is 1 - 2 days is charged at £5.99 for up to 1 kg.
You will receive confirmation via email that your order has been shipped and we will provide tracking information.
Should you have any issues with delivery, please contact us and we will get in touch with the courier on your behalf.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase or there is an issue with any of the products you have received, we are happy offer a full refund for the item within 30 days from the date of your order. For faulty items, we offer exchanges if that is your preference.

Any item sent back must be returned within its original internal packaging, along with your proof of purchase.
INSTRUCTIONS

For any return, we will first require you to complete your request via the returns form to the left. You will be asked to enter your personal details, your order number which can be found on your order confirmation email, details of the item purchased, and the reason for your return.

Once submitted, our team will review your return request and if accepted, will send you confirmation via email. Please see below for the next steps based on the type of return it is.

Please do not send your item back without first receiving confirmation of a return acceptance via email. Should you do so, the item will not be refunded.

FOR UNWANTED ITEMS
To qualify for a full product refund, the item must be returned unworn, in perfect condition with its original internal packaging, undamaged. You must cover the cost of the return and ensure you select a trusted courier that offers tracking. Please send the item to:

Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect the product and if satisfactory, process your item refund within 5 working days. Please note, we will not refund the original delivery charge.

FOR FAULTY ITEMS
Our team may ask for photographic evidence of the fault via email. Upon acceptance of the return, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to print at home. Carefully package the item along with its original internal packaging and send back via one of the courier's drop off points.
